Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send tracking updates via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

- Grainvity is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
- Once marked as delivered by your local postal service, Grainvity is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please email us at support@grainvity.com within 1 hour of placing your order, along with your order number.
After that window, we may have already started processing and can no longer make changes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All applicable customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- If charges apply, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- In the event a package is refused and returned, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs once the item has been received back at our facility.
