Refund policy

Please email support@grainvity.com within 30 days of the initial delivery date to request a return.

  • You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
  • All return items must be in new condition. If they are not, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection.
  • Refund amount will be deducted by the actual shipping cost for items originally shipped for free, if applicable.
  • Once we receive your return, we will issue either a refund or store credit based on your request.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are offered at significantly discounted prices to provide you with great savings. As a result, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it:

  • If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact us at support@grainvity.com  within 3 business days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue for you.
  • If your order is missing items or you received incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
